Mr. Sbrilli joined the CrossLink Executive Team in February 2012 bringing with him 25+ years of experience in the financial services industry; including 21 years at HSBC where he served as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of HSBC Taxpayer Financial Services (formally Household Finance) managing accounts such as H&R Block, Jackson‐Hewitt, Liberty Tax, and many large independents. During this time, HSBC was the largest bank processor in the marketplace with 16.5 million RTs representing over $40 billion in loans per year.
Mr. Sbrilli holds a B.A. in History from the College of New Jersey and MBAs in Marketing and Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
Stephanie Tesfazghi is the Chief Financial Officer at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. Stephanie is committed to applying experience and knowledge to grow the company’s bottom line. She is constantly driving the CrossLink Team to have a mindset of continuous improvement to streamline process in an effort to enhance internal and external end user experiences. Stephanie holds a Florida CPA license and has 15+ years in accounting for both public and private companies. She loves the beach and can be found paddle-boarding with her family on the weekends.
Stephanie holds a B.S.B.A in Accounting from the University of Central Florida.
Brett Klutch is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Mergers & Acquisitions Officer at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. Knowing that the tax industry is made up of ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals, Brett believes that it is our obligation to provide them with quality products and services that enable them to reach their goals. He has 30+ years in the Financial Services Industry where he has held senior roles in banking, insurance, consumer lending, and mortgage lending. He has spent the last 11 years with CrossLink. Brett is an avid golfer and can be found on one of Central Florida’s many courses during his free time.
Brett holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.
Josh Daniel is the Chief Technology Officer at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. Josh is passionate about building innovative tax solutions that enable our partners and EROs to grow their business while facilitating the needs of their clients. He has over 20 years of software development and engineering experience and 13 years leading, growing, and managing software development teams. When his schedule allows, you can find Josh enjoying outdoor activities such as camping, cycling, and skiing.
Josh holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a M.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Fresno.
John Amaya is the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. John believes in the value of providing independent tax businesses the tools to successfully compete in their marketplace – while also providing their taxpaying clients the solutions they need. He has ~30 years as a sales and marketing leader in technology, including the past 18 years with CrossLink. In his free time, John serves as a local Little League Baseball coach and enjoys surfing with his family.
John is a U.S. Army Veteran and holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Kathryn Reyes is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. Dedicated to creating a strong corporate culture, Kathryn leverages her 20+ years in Human Resources to empower and motivate employees to realize their full potential. She holds multiple Human Resources certifications, including a SHRM-SCP. She and her family are active in auto-racing and when not found at the race track are at the baseball diamond or volleyball court.
Kathryn is currently completing her B.S. in Business Administration / Human Resource Management at SNHU.
Scott Henley is the Vice President of Information Technology (IT) at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions. With over 25 years of experience in IT, Scott brings a deep commitment to security, innovation, and continuous improvement. Scott’s career began with service in the U.S. Navy, where he developed a disciplined, mission-driven mindset that still guides his work today. Scott was among the earliest employees at PayPal, joining as employee #24, playing a key role in securing infrastructure and scaling systems during the critical phases of growth. Since joining CrossLink, Scott has focused on safeguarding data, building resilient systems, and making things better for users and organizations alike. Scott and his family serve and volunteer at their church and spend free time enjoying the great outdoors and rooting for the Dodgers.
