How to Cash Refund Checks – gives instructions on how to identify check cashing partners locally and the processes for getting a check cashed, including the check verification phone number that prints on the checks.
Good Funds Letter – for EROs to take to local banks / branches to introduce the program to them prior to checks being printed.
Bank Assistance Letter – used if additional help is needed at the local level. We can have someone call a specific branch to discuss our program with the branch manager.
