Leroy E. Petz, Sr.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Leroy Petz is co-founder of Petz Enterprises Incorporated. Since 1974, he has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
Since 1974, Mr. Petz has led PEI through its transformation into a leading provider of software products and services in the professional and consumer markets. Under his leadership, the company has remained rooted in the fundamental values of innovation and attention to complete customer satisfaction, providing the sound underpinnings for a company whose goal is to create value and improve the lives of its customers.
Before the incorporation of PEI, Mr. Petz served as president of Agricultural Computations, a provider of agri-business accounting systems and related services from 1964 to 1974. Previously, he operated the family farming business in Tracy, California.
Mr. Petz has attended Graceland College in Lamoni, Iowa, San Joaquin Delta College, Stockton, California, and Conde College, San Jose, California, where he has studied business, accounting, and computer science.
Mr. Petz continues to make his home in Tracy, California, at the site of the family farm, which was established by his father in 1929.
Glenna "Sue" Petz
Executive Vice President, Administration and Corporate Secretary
Glenna "Sue" Petz is co-founder of Petz Enterprises, Incorporated. Since 1974, Mrs. Petz has been a member of the Board of Directors as Corporate Secretary. She is responsible for the overall financial activities of PEI and for multiple corporate departments, including Controller and General Administration.
Since its incorporation in 1974, Mrs. Petz has been directly responsible for the PEI customer experience. Under her guidance, a culture of direct and sincere relationships has lead to consistent, world-class levels of customer satisfaction. Her work in the management of corporate financial governance provides the company a strong level of stability that has supported several substantial business transformations.
Previously, Mrs. Petz co-founded Agricultural Computations, where she held various roles in operations and financial management from 1964 to 1974.
Mrs. Petz attended Graceland College, Lamoni, Iowa and San Joaquin Delta College, Stockton, California, where she has studied business and the liberal arts.
Mrs. Petz makes her home at the site of the family farm in Tracy, California.
Leroy E. Petz, Jr.
Chief Technology Officer, and member of the Board of Directors
Leroy Petz, Jr. joined PEI in 1985 and is responsible for shaping the company's overall technology agenda and for leading the company's engineering efforts, as well as the development of future technology roadmaps. In this role, he has been directly responsible for creating much of PEI's core intellectual property.
Previously, Mr. Petz served as electronic engineer with Amdahl Corporation in Sunnyvale, California, where he was responsible for design and construction of custom test equipment for use in the manufacture of high speed computing architectures.
Mr. Petz holds a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, California, and is a member of the California Society of Professional Engineers.
Charles W. Petz, CPA
Vice President, Tax Compliance & Professional Services and member of the Board of Directors
Since joining PEI in 1989, Charles Petz has been responsible for tax compliance research and development for all PEI product lines. In 1995, his role expanded to include the delivery of professional services. Mr. Petz joined PEI from Price and Page Accountancy Corporation where he served as a Senior Accountant. Previously Mr. Petz held various positions with Brandon & Tibbs Accountancy Corporation.
Mr. Petz is active in numerous professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Alpha Kappa Psi.
Mr. Petz holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Fresno.
Craig I. Petz
Vice President, Corporate Marketing & Sales Operations and member of the Board of Directors
Craig Petz leads PEI's global marketing and sales operations, and is responsible for market strategy, brand management, product management, and media relations.
Mr. Petz joined PEI in 2002, after serving as Managing Director of Corporate Marketing for SageTree, Inc., a leader in analytic applications for supply chain management. He brings a diverse combination of business strategy, brand strategy, and technology experience to his role. He has served as an independent technology consultant to NDC Health Information Systems, The Boeing Company and Equifax.
Previously, he held marketing and product management positions with the tax divisions of Intuit and Best Programs.
Mr. Petz studied Business Management with Emphasis in Corporate Finance and Economics at the University of San Francisco.
